While guisado typically translates as a home made stew, it is a more versatile term, encompassing any home-style cooked dish.
We combine traditional preparations with local ingredients for dishes that are authentic to their Mexican origins in a California setting.
Margaritas or beer is the typical accompaniment to Mexican food but we invite you to pair your meal with our award winning local wine list. after all, you are in wine country.
